Frequently asked questions about Aberdeen and how we operate.
FAQ
What's the difference between "Print on Demand" and "Signed"?
When it comes to the majority of our stock, you have the option between "Print-on-Demand" variants and "Signed" variants.
"Print-on-Demand" variants of our products are created and shipped straight from our suppliers for a slightly cheaper price. Your wait times will be longer and the packaging will not be personalized under the Aberdeen brand, as we will never see it personally. When ordering books, a tree will be planted by our printing supplier for every single individual copy.
"Signed" variants of our products come from Aberdeen's personal in-house stock. For a slightly higher price, the company's founder personally sends you a ready-made version of your order with a handwritten thank you card. If you order a "Signed" variant of a book, the inside cover will be autographed, as well. "Signed" variants tend to ship faster and have a higher guarantee of condition, as they are checked off by the founder of Aberdeen himself. When ordering books, a tree will be planted by our printing supplier for every single individual copy.
